DGAP-News: Recyc Commodities SE : Name Change and Capital Increase for the Subsidiary MWF Metallrecycling GmbH

Karlsruhe, Germany, October 23, 2011 - As a result of the international
expansion of business, MWF Metallrecycling GmbH, a subsidiary company of
Recyc Commodities SE has changed its name to ´Provaluta Metall Recycling
GmbH´ and has had it reregistered as such with the Commercial Register.
Together with this they have increased their equity capital from 30,000 EUR
to 600,000 EUR and their participation quota within the framework of the
capital increase from 50 to 100 %.

Recyc Commodities SE´s managing director, Mr Paul Bosmediano, is extremely
happy with the name change and the capital increase, saying, ´It is
important for our foreign clients that the MWF have an internationally
recognizable name. We are very pleased that the Provaluta Metall Recycling
GmbH is now capable through the capital increase of purchasing used
catalytic converters and the necessary maschinery for successively
expanding our international business endeavours.´

as Lead, Platinum, Rhodium and Palladium out of scrap metal. Provaluta
Metall Recycling GmbH possesses a modern laboratory with the technology
